F2A Applied, can she apply for Visitor Visa?

I filed for my wife under F2A. She is a dentist in India.

1. After she comes to US after with GC Approved. She wants to become dentist here.
   
2. In order to go to Dental school here she has to give board exam part 1.
3. The procedure to get in dental school is long and hard. Only 12 are accepted from 400 applicant.
4. Dental school will also interview her face to face.

Question

1. Can she apply for visitor now so she can come take the board exam, and give interview if selected?
2. If she is rejected for visa will it create any issue on her F2A application.

She can apply. She should disclose you at the application. It won't affect her F2A.
