I have come to US under a F1 visa for my MBA programme. The programme is for one and 1/2 years starting from August 26,2004.
My wife is in India and I would like to call her next year. I have few questions pertaining to the same
1) Can she come during any time next year under F2 dependant visa or she needs tocome before the date mentioned in i-20 which will be issued next year?
2) If I dnt call her during my tenure of study can she come when i am under OPT and if yes whats the procedure and what documents would I require?
