Hi,
I am new to this forum and need some help. I am on F2 visa (with mutliple entry) and my husband, F1 visa currently on OPT.
(1) I alone wish to visit my home country India in the next month. Will I face any problems during my re-entry to the US?
(2) Also, I wish to apply for F1 later this year. Can I apply for F1 while I am in the US? If my F1 is approved, can I start studying without actually getting the visa stamped?
