I have a few question regarding a married couple presently in India. The wife (33 yrs.) wants to apply for FI and the husband (33 yrs.) and two kids (boy:9 and girl:5) want to apply for F2 (dependant) at the New Delhi consulate in india.
Husband runs a business of his own and wife is a teacher in a pre-school in India. She has a Bachelors in Arts degree fron india and is interested in studying further. None of them have ever applied for a US or any other visa before and this would be their first time.
Any advise on what steps should be taken will be helpful. Any suggestions that might get them their visa stamped in the first go would be appreciated. Or anyone who has gone through a similar situation might advise as well.
