I am a student (F1 visa) in this country and I am planning to get divorced, but for family's issue I am not able to do it officially. My husband has a f2 visa and his I20 (connected with my I20) and he is im my home country.
I am finishing the Associate Degree in the end of the fall semester and I would like to know if there is any way to stop him to come to America without an official divorce.
I was wondering if I take him out of my I20 and apply for OPT, could him get into this country? Is there anyway to add him after I apply? (Because my family will force me to have him here and I wanna do something I cant come back.)
