I'm on F2 visa and would like to sell my artwork online and receive the payment via Paypal. Would this be legal?
I heard from Paypal that they don't report payments under USD20,000 in total in a single year to the IRS. The IRS itself doesn't require anyone who receives less than USD600 in a FY to report to them.
I'm not planning to sell anything above $100. Just want to do something rewarding to kill my time here. I wonder if that's OK.
