F2 visa and bipolar

Hello, hope you are all well

My mother is a British American citizen who has offered to sponsor me. I am an unmarried child over 21 with no dependants. I am also a Brit

I'm keen on the idea but there's one issue I'm worried about: I was diagnosed with bipolar at 26 and Im now 39. On initial diagnosed there was a few silly petty assaults (police caution and a community resolution order, no other offenses or criminal convictions. There was no arrests because I went in voluntarily), and several suicide attempts. I'm now stabilised on medication that actually works. They refused to give it to me because I was of childbearing ages and had to wait until I was 32 to be sterilised, despite never wanting kids). This was definitely a contributory factor and I just wasn't taken seriously by the doctors. I knew what would work and they didn't

My mum lives in a very remote area and due to the isolation I was very stable and happy. There is a substantial probability I would be less sick and Im of no risk to myself or more importantly someone else. My mother is in her seventies and will need someone to look after her, another factor as well as being utterly miserable in the UK

As we all know its a very expensive and longwinded process and I know stuff like this can make you inadmissable. Im in the process of saving up for the first stage of the paperwork, documents for the 1-130 form. I really need some definitive answers on whether this is a strong possibility before we go any further. Any help would be very gratefully received
