I´m planing to ask for a F1 to my wife and F2 for myself before asking for a L1. That way I can stay sometime in US researching and trying to decide if I want to invest in a business there. My wife would be attending school (pastry chef) and of course I´ll not work in US with the F2 status (I have my own business in my homecountry). Do you think the fact that I would be in US with F2 visa would be anyhow a problem for my L1 case (open new office)? I don´t know if that matter but I´m on the F3 family GC LOOOOONG waiting too.
