I am new to this forum and need some help. I want to know what supporting documents are needed to file the I 539 for my wife to change her status from F2 to H4. I am on my OPT now and I have already received my H1 B approval (Form 797A) due to begin from 1st of October this year. Can I apply by myself or I need a lawyer?
In the form it lists marriage certificate, I 94(wife's) and my Form 797 only. Is that enough? Please help.
