F2 to h4 delayed

I came to US as F1 visa
then my wife came use F2

then last year I changed to H1b,
but my company and I forget to submit my wife's information
now I her F2 visa expired.

and I am in the process of Green card
what should I do to correct my wife's visa?

all the time,my visa is valid,please suggest.
