Currently, I am on F1 visa. I plan to get married in February and bring my wife on F2 visa in March and then graduate in May 2002.
1. If H1-B visa for my wife is filed in Jan 2002, can there be any problems
in F2 visa issuance when we apply for it in March 2002 or any conflict of
status?
2. When her H1-B visa is received, do we have to file a change of status or
directly get new H1-B stamp on her passport and re-enter the US?
