My H1 got approved but asked to go to india for stamping before starting working here in US i.e., i have not received my I 94.
I send the query with supproting documents and fees for getting my I 94 over here in US.
3 weeks has been passed but i have received no reply.
I was never off status.
Does any one have recived their I 94 with H1 after reapplying.
And how much time did it take.
How sure is it that you receive I 94 over here or i have to go back for stamping.
