My situation is as below:
My wife and I both got laid off last December. She applied for F-1 in a school, the case is pending in INS. I applied F-2 in the meantime. Now I got a job offer which can sponsor my new H-1b. My question is what the chances I may get a H-1b without new I-94, which might force me to go back to my home country to get a visa stamp.
Thank you in advance
