My wife is in US on F1 for whom I am the Sponsor.Now I want to join her as F2 dependent.I have booked an appointment for dec 23rd at chennai consulate.
She has a business in her name in India and has regular income .Besides,she has sufficient funds in her savings,checking and University accounts.
( total 15 k).
To prove that she can support me,can i send her accruing income from India regularly to her US Account so that she can also show that money while I go for the F2 visa interview here in December 2005?
Any other information we should take care of?
I am anxious because I had 2 B1 rejections earlier in 2003.
I am not applying for my 2 Kids. Should this help me in showing Proper ties and Non Immigrant intent?
