I am Ritesh and currently on F1 status, doing masters in Comp. Science. My studies are getting over this june.
I got married dec'2003 and my wife applied for F2 visa but was rejected. Couple of reasons i conculded were:
(1) I had shown my bro-in-law(us citizen), as a sponceror in usa in addition to my, her and my family funds.(Main reason for rejection i think)
(2) I am finishing my studies in 6 months.
I am currently working part time on CPT (curricular practical training) and in good financial position to support me and my wife both.Also my graduation is expiring in june 2004 but i am going to file for OPT (Optical Practical training) which is of one year.
Pl help me what should i do next. Is there a way out of this and to get visa for my wife?
