Hi guys, I really need your help here.
My girlfriend, currently on F2 visa, is divorcing from her husband, a F1 phd student. I plan to marry her after the divorce gets set.
I'm also a F1 phd student. What legal process shall we go
through to let her make this F2->F2 change? Shall we get a lawyer, or the case is simple enough to DIY? Your help is very much appreciated! Thanks.
