F1 visa..Will these be a problem

I am on my vacation in my country...I am on f1 visa...I have already got started my classes from 15th of january and I am returning back to attend classes on 3rd of feb. Reason for going late is that my brother had an operation for heart diesease on 29th january thats why I booked ticket late

Will these be a problem when I am returning back to usa. I had taken permission from my advisor and they seemed fine with it. My all credits are online which I already attended from my country because i had internet connection

Do you guys see any problem?

I hope you also cleared your absence with the international student office. Your advisor is not authorized to deal with any immigration issue you might have. I also hope you properly enrolled as may universities have closed enrollments for the spring term.
