Please guide me what to do. My daughter came on H4 to US and just got her status changed from H4 to F1, when she is in sr. year of degree. We expect some urgency to visit India in June 2004 and by that time she will not be in a position to complete her bachelors graduation. Further she can not get H4 also as she will not be below 21 by June 2004.
Further to complete her OPT she needs to stay in US beyond Jne 2004.
Travel to india becomes invitable and can any one suggests what to be done?
Can we go to Canda and get F1 visa stamped ? What are the chances of success? If they deny, will they print in passport that visa is denied? In case of denial, can she come back to US? I was told, if visa denied, she will be sent to home country.
Please advise the better method to get visa stamped.
