Is there anybody here that went through a experience about get Visa stamping in Tijuana?! I changed my status from tourist to student F1. Now I want to get the stamp, because the whole proccess was done by me being inside US, so they don't issue visas, just give me new documentation, new I-94, I-20 etc...
So, I would like to know, step-by-step how to do this.
