Hi all:
I am studying in the U.S on a F1 status. I am planning to go to india for a vacation. Since i came here on a H4 visa i do not have a F1 visa stamping in my passport.
Now i am planning to go to either canada / mexico to first get my F1 visa stamping done and then proceed to India for the vacation. I am thinking of going to canada to get the stamping done.
1. Do any of you forsee any problems in this case for my visa stamping to get rejected.
2. Can you also furnish me with a list of documents i need to carry for the F1 stamping.
3. Is there any other advantage of getting the stamping done in India apart from the fact that if my visa stamping is rejected in canada / mexico i can't get inside the U.S.
