My friend just got her visa status changed from H4 to F1. Now, she is going to canada for F1 stamping as she is a landed immigrant of canada. My question is, what documents she should carry with herself for stamping. As from last 4 yrs she has been residing in the USA only, she doesn't have any property in her name. She does have a bank balance, so would that be good enough to convince a visa officer to have her passport stamped or she needs some other documents to prove her ties with canada? She does have her permanent landed card of canada.please share your visa stamping experience.
