I am going for my Visa interview.I have received an M.S.E admission offer from a university in US(From University of Pennsylvania).The point is my brother is sponsoring me.My brother is on HB1 visa in the US(working in US).I have an another brother who is studying in U.S.So I have heard it may be a huge hurdle to me in getting the visa since they reside in US(but they are not green card holders).So since he is funding me the financial docs will feature him as being in US.Will it thwart my case?Please help me with this.
