I'm a student of University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I am enrolled to the Doctorate Program now. My F1 visa is getting expired this May. Can I revalidate the visa this month? Would You please let me know how I'll have to proceed.
For E,H, I, L, O & P visas if the existing visa is still valid, it will not be considered for re-issuance until the remaining validity is within sixty days of expiring. Does this hold good for F1 visa too?
