I am doing Phd in Kansas state univeristy and I need to renew my F1 visa. While filing the application in VFS website, I couldnot find the option that says "Are you applying for the same kind of visa which is expired within last 12 months" Yes/No. I went ahead and booked the appointment data without that section and I could see that my case type was under REGULAR instead of RENEWAL. I am bit confused and any help would be greatly appreciated in applying VISA ( to renew US F1 visa)
