F1 Visa - Renewal

I have been in the US for 3 yrs on F1 visa doing my Under-Grad. My visa on the passport has expired after 3 yrs and am currently visiting India and want to renew my F1 visa.

What paper-work should I be taking to the consulate for the personal interview ? Since I already have an F1, shouldn't the paper-work for financial support etc., not be required now ? I have taken a student loan from the bank, can that be shown as a proof of financial support ?

My interview is early next week, any info will be appericiated.

Your ISO office writes something on the back of the I-20 to the eccted that you are still in school and will be returning balh blah blah. Valid I-20 and this endorsement by your ISo is enough. Oh yeah not to mention the access to funds I mean the ability to support your remaining school time....
If you have assistanship, you might want to take the offer letter.

Just visit the web site of th consulate you are going to .. Or ask your ISO...
