I am an international student with F1 visa, I will graduate in coming Dec.
I applied Canada immigration and must go to land in before this Dec. My visa stamp on passport expired in last year.
My question is whether the 30 days rule is available for me? Need I re-apply the US visa for returning? Many people said it is very difficult to return US since your visa stamp on passport is no longer valid.
