hi, i am a Ph.D. student from india. i have got through a decent uni in NJ with full fellowship. i have got an appt for my visa interview in the New Delhi consulate for next week. but my earlier applications for a B1 visa have been rejected thrice, twice in quick succession in 2000 and then in 2002. the problem was and still is that i am a single student, compounded by the fact that my sister lives in NJ.
keeping in mind all these considerations, what are my chances of getting an F1 visa? do u have any special tips that i shd keep in mind b4 going for the interview? also what documents shd i carry with me to the consulate next week?
