F1 Visa Application -- what are the chances?

I am from Philippines and am scheduled for my visa interview in Nov 7 (for MS Comp Scie study). I am terribly nervous about the application and the interview. I have gathered all the documents that I can in preparation for it. I hope you could make suggestions/comments about these documents --

Academic/Professional docs:
1. I-20 form from the US university
2. Letter of Admission from the US university
3. Letter of Support from the Dean of Graduate School
4. Letter of Support from the CS Admissions officer
5. Letter of Support from a US Senator
6. College Diploma and Transcripts
7. Certification from the college registrar stating my rank in the entire graduating class and my rank in the batch of my course
8. High School Diploma and Transcripts, including honors received
9. Certificates from short technical courses taken after my undergraduate study
10. TOEFL scorecard
11. Certificates of Employment (3 years, 2 companies)

Financial docs:
1. Financial aid award letter from the university (partial)
2. Affidavit of Support from my parents (to augment the partial fin aid)
3. Certification from the Bank stating the amount of savings that my parents have [will this be okay? do they honor certifications from the bank? if they don't, what should I bring if the bank does not issue monthly bank statements?]
4. Certification from my current company's savings association stating my savings (not really much) [is this accepted? the savings association also does not have a financial statement, only a certification stating the history of my account -- when and how much was deposited/withdrawn]
5. Certification from the bank stating the amount of savings that my joint account with my mother has [are joint accounts acceptable? do they have bearing in the application? if they have minimal bearing, what document should I furnish instead, for this item.]

Ties to my home country:
1. Surety Bond with the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) amounting to 50000+ (for the assurance of my return to PH)
2. Part of #1, contract with the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) stating my service obligation to PH for 2 more years.
3. My inheritance from my parents -- 2 houses and 2 commercial lots (rented and need supervision/management).

Other info -- Both of my parents are retired in their early 60s and my father is diabetic (needs health/diet supervision and maintenance). I only have one sibling, my sister, who is married with two kids and living with my parents in the province. She earns enough for her family. Therefore, not dependent on my parents, only living with them.

I am also not sure if I have relatives in the US since I have lost communication with most of them. The relatives that I know of are all here in the PH.

Given the above-mentioned documents and facts, what are my chances in my F1 visa application? I understand that it is still the consul's decision, but I will be very thankful for your insights, comments, ideas, further suggestions, or thoughts.

Thanks in advance.
