If a student from India were to spend next summer (2008) as a summer intern at a University and go back to India, my understanding is that there should be no problem reentering the country in Fall 2009 as an F1 student. Is that correct? Also, after finishing graduate school, will the student be able to accept a job under OPT and then H1, or is there a requirement to go back to India for at least another year to complete the two year requirement? Thanks!
