F1 travel please reply

I came to usa on a f1 visa for university A in 2002 fall i did 1 semister and went back to my home country .i came back to usa on the I20 of unversity A in mid 2004 but immediately changed to kaplan for some courses and stayed in kaplan till mid 2005, in fall 2005 i changed to another university B and i am currently enrolled in university B. i joined the same degree course in university B has in university A. i have maintained f1 status. my F1 visa is valid till 2007. now i want to travel to my country for 3 weeks my question is will i have any problem at the port of entry because of change in universities and since my visa has university A name on it
