I was on a F1 Visa ( visa expiring on 9th Dec 2007 ). I am still to graduate with a MBA and expect to do that by Dec 2005 . I have a B.E electronics degree from Mumbai ,India and hold a Indian Passport .
I also run Two companies one In India Incorporated as a Pvt Ltd since 1999 and other in US incorporated as a LLC in 2003.
Recently my petetion for L1A got approved for 1 year .
I am also planning to go to Europe for a short visit of 8 days during my Spring Break ( for a 3 Credit Course from my MBA school ) .
Questions
1) If I don't get my L1A Visa Stamped in Europe , Can I still reenter the US on my Valid F1 Visa which is Valid till 2007 Decemeber ? I am still enrolled in School and pay out of state Tution.
2) If I leave the country do I have to get my L1A Stamped ?
3) Can I get the L1A Stamped in Canada ?
