1. I moved from canada to US on B1/B2 in september after completing my Post Graduation in computer scince in Canada.
2. I appled for my F1 and got approved in may.From B1/B2.
3. My LCA was approved and i filled my I-140 & I-485 concorrently on 08/14/07.
Questions
1. Do i still have to matain my status as a student and register for my school. If no what will be my status.
2. If in case my I-140 or I-485 gets denied what will be my status at that time if i am not on F1 and not registed for my school.
3. Once i get my travel document and i am mataining my F1 status can i go back to india on F1 and get married. On what status can she come to US.
4. If in case i dont maintain my F1 status as i applied for I-485 .If i go to india using my EAD. If i get married how can i get my wife with me.
