My wife is on an H4 visa and has recently been admitted for a Masters program here in the US and has applied for an F1 visa. i wish to know that
1. After she gets her 1 20 from the University, will she be able to convert back into H4 before the course begins as long as the F1 is not stamped. Some circumstances may prevent her from going full time so if they occur will it be possible to cancel the F1 and continue on H4.
2. In case she gets the F1, can she get it stamped when we next return to our country ( ie after 6 mnths ).
