I came to US in 2002 on F1 Visa. Left my MS Studies halfway - and moved to H1 in 2003. Haven't Visited India since 2002. Hence my Passport is stamped with F1 - which expires in July 2007.
I need to get my passport stamped with H1 visa. I have my both approved H1(I-797) with me (Old I-797 (employer1) & new I-797 (employer2)).
My Question:-
1.> Do I need to get my H1 visa stamped before July 2007?
2.> Can I get it done in Canada, or do I need to go to India for that
3.> Will there be any problem - given the fact that I took so many years to get my H1 stamped??
