I come to USA for my BS in 2002 and I graduated with a BS degree in 2005. I was on OPT for an from jan 2006 to Dec 2006. By the time my employer applied for my H1-B, the limit was reached and my H1B didn’t go through in may 2006. Since my OPT was ending in 2006 I applied for my MS starting Jan 2007 and am on F1 as of now. My employer is will to apply for my H1-B in April 2007. Will there be any problem if my status gets transferred from F1 to H1 in the middle of my MS? Please do let me know. Thanks in advance for the help and appreciate you helping the rookies out!!
