I have an appointment in Canada for H1 stamping in Nov. Can some one let me know what are the riks involved. I am here in US fir more than 3 years.\Thanks

IMHO, there shouldn't be a problem for your H1 visa stamping.

But again, incase it gets rejected, you may have to go back to your home country for renewal.

Just curious, have you completed MS or Ph.D. How are conditions in the colleges for new students.

I was told that lot of students are opting for Ph.D's and deferring graduation.

You seem to be lucky in getting a job.

Should be straightforward if you have a US degree. Please update the forum with your experiences in November. BTW, how long did it take for you to get the appointment?

Yes i have a degree fr US. There were few availables in NOV so getting appointment was not a problem... If someone has any experiences in stamping visa in Canada/Mexico please write
Thanks
