Can you get a job in QA/BA? No one can answer that question except yourself. You should know if you are qualified enough and the probability of getting a job in that area better. But if you want to leave your PhD program and F-1 status to be working full time on H-1, you should find someone who would offer you a job and sponsor your visa. They have to apply for your H-1 visa and once that is approved, you are free to go work full time. You also can't study full time once the petition is approved.
