Hi all,
I have recently done MBA and i am in OPT.my bachelors is in ELECTRICAL ENGG from india.A consulting company is willing to file H1B for me.now my question is if the title is PROGRAMMER/BUSINESS ANALYST is there any chance of rejecting the application because i didn't have a CS degree?what are my options? can I just apply with the bachelors (because there are 7 subjects related to CS IN MY BACHELORS) or INS requires to see my MASTERS too because i am already graduated?
