Hello,
I am currently on my OPT which expires on Dec 18th,2005. I have a consultant who is sponsoring my visa and I am getting married next month. Please advise me on few things:
1). If my H1 B visa is approved, do I need to get it stamped on my passport before my OPT expires or I can wait till my next visit to India?
2). I am planning to start my paperwork after I came back from India in first week of June. Will it be a good time or should I start now?
2) Does it makes sense to bring my wife on a F4 or H4 visa. I wont be having H4 stamped on my passport when she will be applying for visa?
