Please help me.
I came here on F1 visa for my MS in Januay 2003 and again in May-July did my internship in a very good company after getting the permit to do so. And then that company sponsored me for H1 for a permanent job and then From September 2003 onwards, I have been working in this company.
I Need to go to India in next 2-3 months and get my visa stamped. I have heard that people who dont complete their education and shift from F1 to H1, their visa stamping for h1 is very very tuff. Please advise as to how I need to prepare for this. I have all documents needed. What r the reasons they can give for rejections and how should I prepare for it?
Also now i am continuing my studies (MS in CSE) in a diff university than before and will take almost 1 and half years to get a degree. I have trasnfereed some courses.
The company does not have any lay off problem, and also no problem I had in getting the h1 work permit. so what r my chances and
also I stay in bangalore. Can i got to Delhi consulate for visa coz I will be staying in delhi for a family function for 1 week. Please advise.
