Im a student and would be graduating on may 2005. Since once i graduate i have 14 months to stay here and search for a job. that mean im in status from 1st june to 1st sept. Now i have an issue, if I apply for a job, which would be after may 2005, if an employer wants to hire me and sponsor me H1, either he has to file it on April '05 to get me on H1 from oct '05 or else im done. coz if he files it in April '06, im out of status after 2nd sept.
can anyone tell me how can i counter this 1 month period. In that case no employer will hire me to sponsor H1 coz i can't work for them after 1st sept.
