I just need an input on that I was on f1 visa with I 20 till jan 2008 and I94 till jan 2008. I recently changed my status to h1. I haven't completed the course in which I was enrolled. I got the h1 status on 1 of may till april 2010. I was terminated from sevis on last day of april 2007. my application for h1 got approved on 26 april 2007.. now my question is that was I illegal in any way consideeing my case.... mind you the h1 that I am on is not under the cap. the period between 26 to 1 may or from 29 april to 1 may what was my status?/
