I was on F1 till Aug 2008 and since I was an H1 transfer case ( because I had worked on H1 before and haven't been out of US for more than a year) I came on H1 in Aug 2008 itself. I have a scanned copy on my H1 Approval Notice Courtesy copy ( without I-94) and my H1 file.
Can I apply for H1 transfer with these documents if I cannot get original H1 documents ( Approval Notice + I94) from my employer ?
