F1 to H1 change

Hello people,

I am currently doing my MS (evening classes, joined spring 09) with F1 visa. My classes are between 6 and 9 pm, and I am free during the day time. Can I work during the day time (assuming there is an employer ready to file H1B for me)? And will there be any impact on my current F1 visa? And is it legally possible to change to H1 from F1 before the course completes?

You can change to H1. But, you can start working after October 1 and not before. Also, from October 1, you have to work full time and study only if you have any time left.
