I am graduating this May in MBA - Finance. I have aready enrolled for next semester to study further. I will get my OPT from Dec 2007.
I would like to file for my H1 since still 2000 or so visa is left in masters category. I got the letter from university stating that i have finished all my course and got all trascripts also. My H1 package is ready to go but I have few questions before I file ...
- My sister is getting married after 10 days and I am traveling to India this Saturday and will be back end of June. If my H1 is approved before that will I be able to enter into US on my F1 status?
- Currently I am enrolled for fulltime study, can I continue that until I stamp my H1 on passport even though I have H1 approval?
- Will I have option to work on OPT if I decide not to use approved H1?
- Basically can I be on F1 staus until I stamp my H1 on passport?
