I am on OPT (F1) which is valid till march 30th '04; also I got my H1 approved validity start date of H1 is March 29th '04.
I want to visit Cnada for five days with no intentions of getting H1 stamp since the consulate is either closed or has no appointments during that period.
I have following questions:
1) whats my Visa status F1 or H1 since I have not got H1 stamped and H1 validity starts in March'04
2) do I need to give my I94 while entering Canada.
3) will I have problems returning US from Canada on my OPT(f1)
