F1 to H1 : A query please help

Dear Friends,

I have been in F-1 and completed my graduation and now I am applying for my H-1. Actually the university I graduated from is the second one I attended. When I transferred to this university, I had to do reinstatement as I did not register for courses in the previous university. But as per the INS regulations, I properly got myself reinstated. So I have this question, will there be any problem when I apply for my H-1? I shall very much appreciate any answer which would clear up my anxiety. Thanks once again.
 
Unlikely. But make sure you are currently in valid F1 status (since you state you have graduated you must currently be on OPT; not advisable to rely on the 60 day grace period)

Thank you so much for your reply. It gives me a lot of confidence. And yes, I have applied and got my Employment Authorization for my OPT. Thank you once again.
