F1 to GC now problem with taxes

Hello
I came to US on F visa in 2000 which expired in Sept 06. I got married in May 05 to USC and got my GC in Jan 2006. Now I'm doing tax return(I know a little late) and I'm having some trouble with it. In this case what was my status on Dec 05? Was still F because at that time I wasn't approved for GC yet or there is some status in between F and GC ?

This question might not relate to this forum but I will ask anyway:
Is there any online tax return web for Non residents?
 
I solved my problem. For those who have similar question the answer is that: If you came in to US for the first time 5 years or more before Dec 31 2005 then you should file as US resident. This info is based on my own research.....and my friend google.
