Parent applied for me as F1, priority date: late 2011. Then I got married in 2013. USCIS notified. Line switched to F3.
May I know how should I include my wife in the immigration visa?
Is it when I submit the 485 (when the priority date comes to current)? or i shall do it now?
Is there a way to expedite/ shorten the priority date?
