F1 to Adjustment of Status

Hi,
I am currently working with H1 and my LC is pending. My spouse is attending school from this fall and wants to convert her status from H4 to F1.

Would there be any issue during the adjustment of status after my LC gets approved?

I would really appreciate if any body can help me with the answer.

No.. Spouse status of F1 or H4 does not make any difference during AOS.
